Q: How do I pay?

A: You may call our store direct on 01242 525967, or e-mail your order to soundhousedirect@yahoo.co.uk. We accept Switch, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, and Electron. Cash, cheques and finance options (instore only). See our "Order" page for further details. Finance deals are also available instore!

Q: Do you do international mail order?

A: Unfortunately we will only mail order to the UK mainland.

Q: I cannot find what I am looking for.

A: If the item is not listed on our site we may still have it in store. Please call us on 01242 525967 for any enquiries.

Q: How much is the postage?

A: The postage varies depending on the size and weight of the item. The postage is only charged at the cost to us. A rough guide would be £10 - £15 for an electric guitar. Some larger items are collection only! For an exact quote please call us on 01242 525967.

Q: Will my item be checked before posting?

A: All items are given a full check over before leaving our store. Guitars are set up to factory specifications. We are happy to set guitars up to customers preferences before posting!

A: Our store is in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. Please see our "contact" page for our full address.

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: New items come with a full 12 month warranty. In the unlikley event that you have a problem within this period, please call our store on 01242 525967 as we can solve most problems over the phone. If an item needs to be returned to us you will only have to pay the postage back to the shop. We will try to resolve your problem as fast and efficiently as possible!
